Meet Louisa
As a passionate Mind/Body Coach and Meditation Teacher my mission is to inspire you to achieve your full potential by helping you bridge the gap between your mind and your body.
I am driven to do this work because I know EXACTLY how it feels to be stuck in limiting beliefs and feel completely disconnected from the body. I suffered from chronic fatigue, illness, and anxiety as a result of living in a disregulated body that was not able to feel safe. I was in a constant state of survival mode, driven by my fight/flight responses with an inability to feel calm. This would be frustrating for me, so blamed my life’s circumstances on my current state and refused to take action, simply because I didn’t know how..
And then I realized that EVERYTHING was my responsibility and I decided to take meaningful action in my life.
Through meditation and mindfulness, I learned how to calm my over-active nervous system and change my negative mindset. Through meaningful connection I was able to feel safe in my environment and I became empowered to follow my dreams. Everything changed the minute I took responsibility.
Are you ready to transform?
